Delivery & Returns
Method of Shipment
All Lace & Favour orders to UK addresses are sent via courier using DPD Local. All deliveries are fully trackable and show real time location. For all deliveries, you will receive an email or text notification stating a one hour time slot when you can expect your order to be delivered.
You may nominate to have your order delivered to a different address other than your home. Please note that a signature will be required in all cases, and the customer accepts full responsibility for this arrangement. Any orders paid by Credit Card will only be delivered to the registered card holder’s address.
Due the bespoke nature of many of our products, the delivery time of your order will vary depending on the item(s) ordered. The average delivery time is 7-10 days, however certain special orders and bespoke items can take longer. Items in stock will be dispatched immediately for next day delivery. You will receive notification accordingly. Orders for multiple items will not usually be dispatched until the order is complete. Please refer to the guide at the end of this page for more information on anticipated delivery times.

UK Delivery Charges
The standard UK delivery charge is £4.95. All UK orders over £100 will be sent FREE of charge. The delivery charge will be added automatically on checkout.
International Delivery Charges
Our beautiful Lace & Favour product range is available for delivery worldwide, and we welcome international orders. Shipping charges will vary depending on the size/weight of the item(s) ordered and the destination. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to confirm the delivery charges and how quickly you can expect to receive your order.Methods of Payment
Lace & Favour accepts payments by Pay Pal, and all major debit and credit cards including American Express. For orders placed by telephone and any orders placed at our studio, additional methods of payment are accepted such as cash and BACS payments. If you wish to make a payment by BACS, please telephone for our bank details. We also will accept payment by cheque, however orders will not be released or dispatched until funds have cleared.
We hope that you will be delighted with everything you purchase from Lace & Favour. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unused condition. We will issue a refund excluding the original delivery charge, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if requested. Please ensure you enclose the dispatch note in the parcel you are returning. You will be responsible for the return delivery costs. The refund for the goods returned will be in the form of the original payment, either to the debit or credit card used or to your PayPal account.
Non returnable items include - Joyce Jackson veils, Arianna headpieces and jewellery, knickers, earrings, dyed shoes, dresses and personalised items.
