Method of Shipment
All Lace & Favour orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. For all deliveries, you will receive an email or text notification when your parcel has been dispatched and is out for delivery.
Due the bespoke nature of many of our products, the delivery time of your order will vary depending on the item(s) ordered. The average delivery time is 3-5 working days, however certain special orders and bespoke items can take longer. Orders for multiple items will not usually be dispatched until the order is complete. Please refer to the guide at the end of this page for more information on anticipated delivery times.

Methods of Payment
Lace & Favour accepts payments by PayPal, and all major debit and credit cards including American Express. For orders placed by telephone and any orders placed at our studio, additional methods of payment are accepted such as cash and BACS payments. If you wish to make a payment by BACS, please telephone for our bank details. We also will accept payment by cheque, however orders will not be released or dispatched until funds have cleared.
During this period, we are offering extended 60 day returns.
We hope that you will be delighted with everything you purchase from Lace & Favour. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 60 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unused condition. Please see a list of our non returnable items below. We will issue a refund excluding the original delivery charge, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if requested.
Please fill out our online returns form and enclose your dispatch note in your returning parcel. Once you've submitted our online returns form, you will be emailed a link to generate your Royal Mail returns label. Print off your returns label, affix to your parcel and take it to the Post Office to be scanned. The returns cost of £4.50 will be deducted from your refund. The refund for the goods returned will be in the form of the original payment.
Once we've received your return, the money will be credited within 7 working days to the original method of payment.
At this current time, we do not offer a returns label for international orders. Please return the item(s) to the returns address below. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service, for your own insurance. Please ensure you clearly label your parcel as a 'return' for customs purposes. This will avoid any deductions to your refund. We will not be responsible for any customs charges.
