The shoe itself is lovely, however the sole had spots and was so sensitive to floor, that just trying them on made them look quite used... Which their customer service did not fail to immediately use as reason to reject our return! If you order these, be sure they are the ones - you will not get a refund from Lace & Favour.

Great purchase, and I got some money off with an international women's day promotion that the site was running. The earrings are stunning and absolutely what I was looking for for my wedding day. The only disappointment was that I expected a little more from the packaging of the earrings (the actual box they came in). The name of the product was written on the back of the box in smudged biro. I spent over £100 so was just surprised by this. The packaging they were posted in was good though - the earrings felt well protected.

Really nice jacket, this one is soft, warm and good quality. The other ones I looked at were either flimsy, looked cheap or were mega expensive. This is a decent price. The jacket is small sizing so I would suggest going at least a size up which I did and it fit perfectly. I like that it isn't too bulky and won't hide my dress either. Fast delivery and good customer service. Thank you :)

I would not be able to wear my wedding shoes without these! they look really nice and fit perfect to my emily bridal shoes. they do exactly what they should do. Even with pads I kept slipping out of my shoes but these straps are perfect. A bit expensive but worth it since my wedding outfit is now complete.

I ordered this shoes for my weeding and it took 1 month to receive it. I needed to by other shoes for my weeding, additionally I had to pay 32 CHF more for the assessment process. I would not consider this site if you need to receive the product within a short time.
