This is third time of being asked to review our purchase and there has been no approach made by lace & favour to respond. We are unhappy with our purchase as it was supplied in a soiled presentation box. We had no time to re-order and went into our local town to get a better presentation box. This was a birthday present for my daughter to wear at her wedding next year. In our opinion this was completely avoidable and unacceptable.
