Beautifully made shoe but not true to size. I'm a 3.5 I ordered a 3. The shoe is more like a 4.5. Way too big. Very disappointed. I would have returned them but the wedding is too close to organise an alternative. Have to wear them too big. It's a real shame, and they don't do a smaller size I could have exchanged them for. Particularly annoying as they advertise true to size.

Lovely hair in and just the perfect size. Reason for lower rating is because of the way it was packaged and the state of the box on arrival. It is in a horrible plastic pouch in an unattractive black box. When my parcel arrived the box had been completely flattened and the hair pin was squashed inside. Thankfully the pin was not damaged by the box was so bad it just went in the bin. Disappointing.

Just bought these, are pretty and fit well. Are light and comfortable for heels. Let’s see what they are like after 5 hours but from the feel of them, I think they will last me longer than normal heels.

I had to send the first pair of shoes back as there was a mark on them but these were very quickly replaced with a perfect pair so all good. Coincidentally I would have had to send back anyway as the size 6 were too big. I am a 6, but 5 came and fitted perfectly. A lovely looking shoe. I'm not a heel person and kept them on for ceremony only but very pleased overall
