Amanda - 16th March 2024The shoes are beautiful, but sizing is way off. The customer service agents aren’t helpful in finding a way to resolve the issue in a way that won’t cost you even more money. I would not recommend them because they’re too hard to exchange and likely won’t fit the first order.

Debora - 15th March 2024An expensive mistake. You can't call these detachable when they don't even attach in the first place. They've got a little adhesive to stick to the back of a shoe, but it's so weak they don't stick at all. They're not even designed to go on the back of a shoe because the part that is meant to stick on the shoe is flat and rigid, when the back of shoes are mostly curved, so they literally pop off even when pushed into place. I'd like my twenty quid back.

Coco - 11th March 2024The Pearl band across the toe is extremely tight and uncomfortable and I do not have broad feet. Will need to order a size up to see if that solves the issue but not hopeful. Otherwise quality of the shoe is fabulous and the box stunning - I’ll be gutted if I have to come up with an alternative plan.
