I am disappointed to only receive a partial refund for this item I paid £33.90 you all ready refunded postage £3 95 so I should have a refund of £29. 95 but you have only refunded me £26.45 . I would like the rest of this refunded straight away please it was not my fault the book was damaged so I had to order another one Regards Marian
