US Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with everything you purchase from Lace & Favour. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order provided it is in its original, unused condition. We will issue a refund excluding the original delivery charge. You will be responsible for the cost to return the item(s). Please ensure you label your parcel as a 'RETURN' for customs purposes. See a list of our non-returnable items below. 

Once we've received your return, the refund will be processed within 10 working days from the date that your order is marked as 'return received'. The money will be credited to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size/color, simply place a new order and return the item that isn't needed for a refund.
