How we process and handle returns
US Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with everything you purchase from Lace & Favour. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order, provided it is in its original, unused condition. We will issue a refund excluding the original delivery charge. You will be responsible for the cost to return the item(s). Please note that the items listed below are non-returnable.
All orders are dispatched from our UK distribution. We do not currently offer a returns label for orders outside the UK. Please return items to the returns address below. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own insurance. Please ensure you clearly mark your parcel as a 'return' for customs purposes. This will avoid deductions from your refund. We accept no responsibility for any customs charges.
Once we've received your return, the refund will be processed within 10 working days from the date that your order is marked as 'return received'. The money will be credited to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size/color, simply place a new order and return the item that isn't needed for a refund.
Faulty items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please notify us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly. Please email [email protected] with pictures of the item.
