Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Here is a list of questions we get asked frequently by our brides. If the answer to your question is not below, please email or give us a call and we can answer any questions you may have.

  • When you order a made to order item from us, approximate lead and dispatch times are provided on the individual listing. This is because lead times can vary depending on the designs. 

    However, if you require an item sooner, we are usually able to process, fulfill and despatch your order in time for the date of your wedding. Simply let us know your lead time (e.g. 3 weeks) in the ‘customer comments’ box at checkout when ordering, and leave the rest to us! 

  • Yes, we ship worldwide! 

    Please refer to our delivery page for anticipated delivery times. Bespoke and custom made items can take longer, so if you require anything in a hurry please email sale@laceandfavour.com. We always try to accommodate last minute requests and will do our very best to help you!

  • We hope that you will love everything about your Lace & Favour order. However, we do understand that sometimes returns are necessary!

    You may return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order, provided it is in its original, unused condition.  Once we’ve received your item, we will credit your original payment method within 10 working days.

    If you would like to exchange an item, please detail this in the online returns form. We will then arrange for the new item to be sent to you in the different size or color requested.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Some of our wedding accessories, dresses and shoes are non-returnable. This is for hygiene reasons (in the case of earrings) or due to the bespoke nature of many of our products.

    Non-returnable items include:

    • Earrings
    • Shoes which have been hand colored

  • When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking reference number which can be used to keep track of your order’s progress.

    You can do this by entering your tracking reference number on the Royal Mail Track & Trace webpage.

    All orders from Lace & Favour are shipped via this method and will require a signature on arrival to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel.
