Beautiful shoes, but the ankle straps (delicate to begin with) were frayed. My guess is they had been lightly worn and then returned. Ok, but disappointing considering how expensive they were. The straps are also scratchy and would probably blister after significant wear. I’m keeping the shoes since they match my wedding dress and I don’t have time to find a different pair - but in different circumstances these would be a return.
