Fits small so size up whith this style, shoe appears well made and exactly the same as pictured. Considering these are your wedding day shoes I would have expected a better quality box but that is neither here nor there. The important thing is the shoes themselves

Shoes are great, but more importantly this company has the best customer service I've ever encountered - the stock control manager deserves a raise! I originally ordered a size too big, but they got them swapped (with a very easy online service that had the shipping company collect the old ones from my door) and I had the right one a week later. And Harvey answered all my silly questions and fixed my silly mistakes very patiently and competently via email :) 10/10 would recommend!
