First thing I'd like to say about my experience was that Harvey from customer care went out of his way to make sure I had these shoes delivered in time for my dress fittings and the communication was excellent, I was really impressed at the service. These were the perfect match to my dress. Because they are soft material at the front, they are very comfortable and I have wide feet and have no worries at all, they were cut bias and just nice and easy to wear. They came really well presented in a pretty box and returns were free and straightforward, as I bought a back up pair incase these didn't suit me or fit well. Luckily these ones were just right. Thank you so much Harvey and Lace & Favour. I'd definitely recommend you.

Really lovely shoes, happy to have bought them on sale! I only wish they came in half sizes, as they're a bit too large on me, but if I went down a size they would be too small. But this can be solved with insoles I will add. Overall very good quality and pretty
