Guest - 10th May 2024Beautifully made shoe but not true to size. I'm a 3.5 I ordered a 3. The shoe is more like a 4.5. Way too big. Very disappointed. I would have returned them but the wedding is too close to organise an alternative. Have to wear them too big. It's a real shame, and they don't do a smaller size I could have exchanged them for. Particularly annoying as they advertise true to size.

Yvonne Wilson - 7th May 2024Lovely hair in and just the perfect size. Reason for lower rating is because of the way it was packaged and the state of the box on arrival. It is in a horrible plastic pouch in an unattractive black box. When my parcel arrived the box had been completely flattened and the hair pin was squashed inside. Thankfully the pin was not damaged by the box was so bad it just went in the bin. Disappointing.
