Lydia Manuell - 5th February 2024I actually didn't keep this shoe because I didn't find it particularly comfortable. I am a heel wearer so am used to the height but found these pinched my toes together. The shoes themselves were beautiful though and seemed to be very well made. I'm actually writing this review because I had a mix up with a returns parcel and it accidentally got sent to lace and favour instead of elsewhere. Harvey was amazing and sorted it all out for me so I'm giving 5* for customer service! Thank you so much!
