UK Delivery Time

Due to the nature of many of our products, the delivery time of your order will vary depending on the item(s) ordered. The standard delivery time once the order has been dispatched is 1-2 working days, however, certain made-to-order and bespoke items can take longer. Orders for multiple items will not be dispatched until the order is complete. Next day and special delivery is available for orders placed before 3pm (delivery excludes weekends).

Once your order has been dispatched, if for any reason there are delays due to any weather and/or other adverse conditions, this is something that is out of our control.

UK Method of Shipment 

All UK orders are sent via DPD Local. Please use your shipping reference to track your order. For all deliveries, you will receive an email or text notification when your parcel has been dispatched and is out for delivery (please check your junk mail too, just in case!).

Opening Hours

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Orders are only dipsatched on these days and not weekends. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be dispatched on Monday.


International Orders

International Method of Shipping

All international orders are sent via FedEx tracked and signed. Please use your shipping reference to track your order. For all deliveries, you will receive an email or text notification when your parcel has been dispatched and is out for delivery (please check your junk mail too, just in case!).

International Delivery Time

Please allow up to 6 working days once your order has been dispatched. If you have ordered a made to order or bespoke item, the delivery time starts from when your order is dispatched, not from the date we receive the order.

Pre-Order Dates/Lead times

Please note that any pre-order dates stated on our website at the time of your order are an estimate. The dates are based on information provided by our suppliers and are subject to change due to any unforeseen shipping delays that may incur which are out of our control. We do apologise for any delays that could incur but we will do our very best to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. All orders containing multiple lead times will only be dispatched once all items are in stock.
