UK Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with everything you purchase from Lace & Favour. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order, provided it is in its original, unused condition and is eligible for return. We will issue a refund excluding the original delivery charge. If you use our prepaid return label to send back your order, £3.50 will be deducted from your refund amount.

How to Return Your Order

• Complete our Online Returns Form. Once complete, you will receive an email confirmation.

• Enclose your dispatch note within your returned parcel.

• Use our Royal Mail return system to generate your return label.

• Print off your returns label and attach it to the outside of the parcel. 

• Take your parcel to any Post Office. Please remember to obtain proof of postage. We strongly advise retaining the receipt until the item(s) are refunded, as this enables us to trace your return.

All orders are dispatched from our UK distribution. Please return items to the returns address below. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own insurance. Please ensure you clearly mark your parcel as a 'return' for customs purposes. This will avoid deductions from your refund. We accept no responsibility for any customs charges.

Once we've received your return, the refund will be processed within 10 working days from the date that your order is marked as 'return received'. The money will be credited to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items of the same type for a different size or colour free of charge.

Faulty items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please notify us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly. Please email [email protected] with pictures of the item.
