My shoes don't fit! What can I do?

If your wedding shoes arrive and they don’t fit or feel comfortable, don’t panic!

At Lace & Favour, we make returning and exchanging your items quick and easy. Simply fill out our online returns form, print off the returns label, pack up the shoes and send them back to us.

If you would like to exchange your shoes for another size, let us know on the return form and we will arrange for a new size to be sent out to you. If not, once we’ve received your return, the amount you paid less the cost of the return will be credited back to your account within 7 working days to your original method of payment.
