Awful service - was sent a completely different pair of shoes to the ones I ordered and I’ve been told that I have to return them before they’ll send me the correct pair which means there is a high chance I won’t get them before my wedding day. Disappointed cannot even describe how I’m feeling based on the response I’ve had on an error you’ve made….

They dyed my shoes and handbag to match my dress for my daughter’s wedding. Service was excellent, Stephanie was so helpful and made everything very straight forward. So glad I found them! 😄
