What is your returns process?

We hope that you will love everything about your Lace & Favour order. However, we do understand that sometimes returns are necessary!

Our returns process can be completed in 3 easy steps:

• Fill out our online returns form.
• Print off your returns label
• Affix the label to your parcel and take it to the Post Office.

All that we ask is that you return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt in its original, unused condition. Once we’ve received your item, we will credit your original payment method within 10 working days.

If you would like to exchange an item, please detail this in the online returns form. We will then arrange for the new item to be sent to you in the different size or colour requested.

What About International Returns?

If you live outside the UK and would like to return an item, we ask you to return your items via a recorded delivery service. This ensures the item is insured on its journey back to us.

Non-Returnable Items

Some of our wedding accessories, dresses and shoes are non-returnable. This is for hygiene reasons (in the case of earrings) or due to the bespoke nature of many of our products.

Non-returnable items include:

• Earrings
• Shoes which have been hand coloured
• Linzi Jay Bridesmaid Dresses
• Linzi Jay Flower Girl Dresses
• Angels Forever Prom Dresses
• Personalised items
