Excellent customer service by Stephanie. She replied back to my email saying she has put a size 6 pair of shoes on the website. I was luckily enough to grab them before anyone else did. They were ordered on a Thursday and delivered by Saturday morning. I was very impressed with the quick turnaround. Most importantly, the shoes are beautiful and comfortable. Will recommend lace and favour and will look through the website to see what else I can buy for my wedding!

The shoes were extra wide, to help accommodate my feet, and when they arrived they fitted beautifully. They are very high quality and look every bit like they did on the website. I would definitely recommend.

The wedding shoes I ordered from Lace & Favour just arrived and they are perfect! I have fairly wide feet and was worried about having sore feet on my wedding day from wearing ill-fitting heels all day. I don't think that will be happening with these shoes! They have a great selection of lovely heels in wide widths - better than most of the US shops that I was looking at! The staff were nice over email too. Would definitely recommend! 🙂

I found Lace and Favour on my many researches on Google. I was looking for a hair vine different from everything normally used and had to have white roses on it (my wedding theme). As I'm from Portugal I confess that I was a little bit scared to make the order. I place the order and started making some chat with th store. They said that it had to be made, as I wanted in a different color and it would take a little bit longer. So, my experience with the store was plenty good, they had a nice customer support. I ordered the piece with time enough to get it. I definitely recommend it. I'm so in love with my hair vine, just perfect, beautiful and unique.
