Customer service team are excellent. No issue is exchanging for a small size. Having bad ankles I spent a lot of time looking into the right shoe for myself as I'd be wearing them for over 12 hours. They fitted perfectly, great support, felt safe in the that I wasn't going to fall. The hidden platform in the COCO shoe gave me the height without the pain. Brilliant quality of shoe and look even more clean and excellent in person.
