Stunning shoes, really eye catching and so elegant and classy. My daughter cannot wait to wear them on her wedding day. Outstanding customer service from Lace and Favour, I had an issue with delivery from DPD. They refunded the delivery charge with no questions asked.

This is a nice quality item, but it is definitely not 'one size fits all' so be warned. It says it fits 8-18. I am at the bottom end of that and it literally fell off me. With the high cost of delivery and return this is an expensive mistake which I hope others don't make. I have emailed Lace and Favour to ask them to amend the way this is advertised but their response didn't answer whether or not they would so I thought I should add this review.

Lovely comfy shoe, good match for my dress, comes in such a beautiful box too. I'm about a 5.5 and the size 5 was perfect for me. I bought in a 5 and a 6 to try the sizes, and the 6 was returned really quickly for me.
