Shoes are beautiful and are padded around the toes. However the heel and strap are very high and digs into my heels a lot. They are very uncomfortable so I have had to buy silicone heels pads to protect my feet

This is a pretty bag & it’s spacious inside, which will fit all my essentials on my wedding day, plus my phone. I like how it includes 2 different lengths of a chain strap. However, the ring ends of the chain is a style where you push against to open in order to hooks to the rings attached inside the bag - the ring hooks are fiddly & took too long to hook on & it’d be a faff to interchange between different chains. Please change this to clasps that you you push to open the hook. This is the only thing that made this a let down.
