I wanted something with a chunky heel which didn’t hurt my feet but also something that would still look pretty. I would definitely recommend the Avalia Cindy shoes as they’re so simple and elegant but also really comfy! Not only would I recommend the shoes, but also the customer service has been fab ☺️ the girls have been so helpful with recommendations and quick responses on messenger, and also getting my shoes delivered on time for our post lockdown wedding 💒 xxx

I had such a lovely morning at Lace & Favour the other Saturday. I had the whole shop to myself and the full attention of the assistant. She took a real interest in my wedding and the style I was looking for and was very helpful! They had a huge selection of shoes, dresses and accessories... I was amazed at the range they had. I was able to try on so many pairs of beautiful shoes (more than twice sometimes!) and it made the experience for both myself and my mum so special. First time visiting the store after finding it online. Such an amazing beautiful place, so much to look at inside and definitely needed the entire time slot (if not more!). We were served by Amy who couldn't be more helpful if she tried! Didn't mind getting endless pairs of shoes out and making recommendations based on her thorough knowledge of all the products. I would definitely recommend visiting Lace and Favour, especially to future brides as it was a great, fun experience!!

Excellent customer service by Stephanie. She replied back to my email saying she has put a size 6 pair of shoes on the website. I was luckily enough to grab them before anyone else did. They were ordered on a Thursday and delivered by Saturday morning. I was very impressed with the quick turnaround. Most importantly, the shoes are beautiful and comfortable. Will recommend lace and favour and will look through the website to see what else I can buy for my wedding!

The wedding shoes I ordered from Lace & Favour just arrived and they are perfect! I have fairly wide feet and was worried about having sore feet on my wedding day from wearing ill-fitting heels all day. I don't think that will be happening with these shoes! They have a great selection of lovely heels in wide widths - better than most of the US shops that I was looking at! The staff were nice over email too. Would definitely recommend! 🙂
