There were some scratches to bottom of shoe and it was bent out of shape. But the cost of returning them too much so had to have the imperfections on a shoe for the wedding which is disappointing

I am disappointed to only receive a partial refund for this item I paid £33.90 you all ready refunded postage £3 95 so I should have a refund of £29. 95 but you have only refunded me £26.45 .
