I wore these shoes for my recent September wedding & they were so comfortable! I searched for a long time for my wedding shoes as I am quite tall & struggle to wear heels for a long period of time but I wore these all day without any need to take them off. They were exactly what I wanted in a wedding shoe & looked perfect with my dress too. Cannot recommend these enough!

After my second visit to Lace and Favour I once again cannot praise them highly enough. Not only do they have an amazing selection of products the staff are amazing and so kind too. They went above and beyond and saved the day for me when I had to change my plans and take my 3 young children to the shop on my own - it was not the way I had imagined the day going but as I say they really supported me during the visit which meant the world to me and I was able to buy a beautiful hair vine and a bracelet and I am still contemplating buying a second pair of shoes that I don't need but really want 🤣 I live about 2 hours from the store and it was well worth the journey and I would do it again if I had to. Thank you so much ladies. You are all brilliant x

I was very pleased with the experience and with the quality of the items; I have purchased a pair of shoes and a matching bag for my wedding. Stunning is an understatement!!!

The only let down is that I can't physically visit this place. I bought my wedding shoes online from Ireland. They have just arrived and to say they are just stunning is understatement!!!!!! I can't stop looking at them. Packaging is beautiful and clearly a lot of care was put into the care of making sure they didn't get damaged. The shoes are even more lovely than what is on the photo on the website. They also arrived pretty quickly which is nice.

Cannot recommend highly enough. have been struggling finding my wedding shoes and didnt want to order a gazillion online and then return. This is the only place I've found where you can try them all on at their unit in crowborough. Amy in the shop was so helpful and so patient and just kept on bringing more for me to try on until we found the perfect pair! Great service, great shoes! A family business too. 5*s from me!

I finally found my perfect shoes - literally! They were so comfortable and I had loads of compliments including from the Grooms party! Can't wait to wear them again and genuinely so happy to find something a bit different at an excellent price which I will definitely wear again. If you aren't looking for 'typical' bridal shoes I would recommend 100%. I tried shoes from so many other places and delighted with this purchase!

After searching high and low for the perfect prom dress, we found 'Lace and Favour'. The website is easy to navigate, photos and product descriptions are spot on and ordering was easy. We ordered 2 gorgeous dresses which arrived well packaged and in pristine condition. After my daughter chose her favourite dress we arranged to return the other. The online returns process was quick and simple. Sadly, Covid meant Prom was cancelled and the gorgeous dress wasn't really suitable for any other event. The boutique very kindly agreed to take the dress back even though they weren't obliged to. A lot of friends were refused refunds for prom outfits they had bought elsewhere so I can't thank 'Lace and Favour' enough for taking it back with no fuss whatsoever. Communication was always prompt and polite and I definitely wouldnt hesitate to shop with them again. At a time when businesses such as this were hit hard by Covid restrictions and some cheeky organisations seemed to use 'Covid' as an excuse for continued poor customer service, this company offered outstanding customer service at what must be a tough time. Thankyou so much.
