I ordered a pair and one earring was damaged. I emailed and got a refund straight away so ordered another pair and again one of them was damaged. I do have a good pair from the two lots but doesn’t seem great when both pairs had faults

This is a beautiful piece. Made with gems on malleable wire so can bend to shape. Slightly on the expensive side, however purchased for my wedding and it will look beautiful.
