Thrilled to receive these beautifully packed shoes in the most gorgeous floral Box. Shoes are stunning but also comfortable, heel not too high, look perfect with my dress.

On opening a pearl fell off. Really worried that all the others will stay attached. Thesr clips were bought for my shoes for my daughters wedding. Unsure if I am prepared to trust them

The belt is very nice, ordered 2 different ones for daughter to try and she decided on the other one. The only problem is with returns which they do though the post office. I previously sent back a headband and after receiving an email from lace and favour for a return I clicked on link added all the info post office asked for and it takes you straight back to same page and no returns label. It took several attempts and 2 days before I finally got a returns label. I'm now on day 2 with this return have filled in form about 5 times still mo returns label.

Lovely shoes, need a gel ball of foot pad for comfort. I've tried them with some. Ribbons to make them a little more fancy and works well too Pretty sating material and good heel height. Box it was delivered in was completely bashed which is very disappointing given that these are wedding shoes.

These shoes are even more beautiful in person! I am usually in between a 5 and 6 but the 6 was perfect. They also came very quick which was great too . 10/10 would recommend .

Amy was so helpful, I saw a pair of shoes on the website that were preorder but when i rang, she couldn’t have done enough to help me and in the end there was a pair instock that she shipped out to me. Shoes are outstanding, so beautiful - cant wait to wear them on my wedding day x
